New bath toy needed and this was highly reviewed so I bought it though I could not imagine that it would be that much fun. My 5 year old loves it. He builds tall towers on the edge of the tub and will to the bathroom to play with the toy when it isn’t bath time. Its a very simple toy, sponge blocks to make a city with, but its a hit. Another great thing about this toy is that it doesn’t have a hollow inside like to many tub toys and thus it doesn’t get icky tub water inside of it. Instead it solid sponge with a little mesh bag to put the toys in to drain when not in use.

Had much higher expectations for this bath toy
We bought the Alex Rub a Dub Tub City for my 1 year old figuring our 3 year old would be able to play with it too. It kept my 3 year olds interest for a few nights, but the 1 year old just wanted to chew on the foam pieces (teething). There are way too many pieces and not enough surface to stack them on. Although it comes with a mesh bag to store the pieces in, ours never made it that far. This toy is great in concept, but definitely a let down once received and in the tub.
Toy good, bag bad
My daughter loves this toy. I love it too, especially b/c instead of sticking to the wall, the base floats on the water, which is ingenious. The pieces are cute and fun, and my daughter loves building with the pieces and playing pretend. The only thing that keeps me from giving this toy 5 stars is that the mesh bag is so annoying: It's a bit small, so you have to really stuff the pieces in there, and it's scratchy, and worst of all, the suction cups are terrible, so the bag will inevitably fall.
Fun in the tub!
This is without a doubt THE BEST bath toy I have ever seen!! The blocks stick together when wet and the front and back of each piece has a different design, which makes for countless building combinations. Most bath toys available seem a bit babyish for the 5 and up crew. Purchasing this set has renewed our 5-year-old child's interest in bath time- she can't wait to create a new Tub City and play with the little people included in the set (the characters are also dual-sided!) I highly recommend this set and hope that it will hold up to much play!

Great bath toy!
This is the coolest bath toy. My kids, 6 and 4, love it! My only complaint is that one of the suction cups was bent so much that it won't stick to the side of the tub. Otherwise, great product!

I love, love, love this aquarium and wish they made one for adults. My baby has been soothed from the moment it was placed in her bassinet.
Interesting for Little Ones
I use the toy when my grandson gets fussy. The toy calms him down. He loves watching the moving fish. The music, lighing, and bubble effects appear to soothe him.
I also use the toy for play time. I point out the items in the tank and say the names. He smiles and makes baby noises. He is alittle young, but it makes our time together more fun.
This toy exceeded my expectations.
CRAPPY TOY!
Sure it was fun for a few hours after it died. This thing eats batteries like crazy! After only a few months of very rarely playing it, the fish no longer swim and it doesn't bubble. Don't buy!

Very cute, however, they break very easy. My daughter broke on just getting it out of the package and I broke the other one trying to push it through the hole in the handlebar.

Thses streamers are very cute but we had to modify them to fit the Schwinn trike we put them on. My granddaughter enjoyed them.

If you’re going to own Devious Diesel, he needs help and LOTS OF IT! Ever since the “Pop Goes the Diesel” incident on the Thomas and Friends show, he became who he is today: a lying, cheating, oily and scheming diesel. Personally, I think if you’re going to own him, he would make a good villain in any imaginative play.
I recommend Diesel, if you want to have a “good guys vs. bad guys” cast of characters in your train set.

Great toy for Thomas the Train lovers
My two year old received this train for x-mas and has not let go of it yet. He is a big Thomas fan and truly enjoys playing with "not nice" Diesel. He has many other trains from the collection but this definitely is one of the favorites.
Good little train
It's Diesel, it's one of my son's favourites and he couldn't be happier! The only problem I have is that - (same with all the wooden railway trains, and maybe can't be helped) - if the train's dropped on a hard floor, the paint seems to chip off pretty easily. There are no paint chips that I have seen, so it's not a safety issue - the problem is purely cosmetic. And my son's not bothered about that so neither am I.

I picked this up for my son when he was 12 months old. This is a good toy for developmental stages for babies. At first he just liked to turn the pages because it makes a sound every time you turn the page. A little while later he was able to move the different pieces on each page and finally understood what he was making each item actually do. This was one of the few baby toys we had that he would even touch and at 2.5yrs he will still play with it occasionally. Defiantly worth the money and a great gift.

Good Product
I bought this for my son's first birthday and it has become a favorite. He loves to turn the pages and move all the slides. He bounces to the music which is not too annoying. The low volume setting is perfect.

Durable 1st Book for Baby
I'm totally sold on Vtech toys! Fun, complex and educational and DURABLE! Got this for my 5 month old grandson and at 9 mos, he's still loving it! Great pre-nap book!
fun book
I would have rated this book 5 star; however, when we received it my grand-daughter wanted to play with it right away. She was unable to do so, because the batteries in it were dead. It needed 2 AAA batteries. Once we got that taken care of it was fun and games! Great for our 20 month old. Hope she continues to play with it for a long time to come.

This is a very nice product for both education and entertainment, my kid absolutely loves it, and it's like a bedtime story for a one year old :)

This pony is a little girl’s dream! He is very soft and absolutely cuddle-worthy. His soft mane moves in the air when he “gallops” in the air which adds alot of delight to owning him. We bought this for our six-year old daughter for Christmas this year. We can’t wait to give it to her because we know she’ll just love it. He is just the right size for a 5-8 year old to carry around and play with. The quality of the fabric on this pony is amazing. The color is just beautiful too. My daughter is only two, but she saw this Super Flopsie Horse at a Kid Furniture store and that was it! She was heading for the store front door. She loves this stuffed horse! We haven’t had it long, but so far we’ve been very happy with it. 1) It took about 20 minutes to assemble; you need a hammer and a Phillips screw driver for the main parts. To tighten the handle, you’ll also need two wrenches which it would have been nice if they’d included. 2) Unlike the traditional metal wagon I had when I was a kid, this one is deep, stable, and comfortable to sit it. We took it to the zoo with our 4 and 1 year old kids, and the 4 year old was both happy to sit in it for long periods, as well as happy to pull it. The safety belt was great for the 1 year old, it has two comfortable seats, and the cup holder fit a large bottle of water.
But because its so big and deep, its not as easy for the 1 year old to put stuff in and pull around by himself.
We have several other toys by Little Tikes that have held up very well sitting outside for the last several years, and this one has few enough parts, (and came with several spare fastners) that I expect it will outlast our kids.

Great, but only if you have one child.
We finally just abandoned this wagon at the science center after it broke down for the third time. The company states it can handle up to 75 lbs, but it could not haul our twins (total weight 55 lbs) with the wheels buckling. The wagon cannot handle anything but a flat surface with weights above perhaps 25 lbs. I called the company and talked to a rather snotty customer service person who assured me there was nothing wrong, but did send a new wheel. We replaced the wheel and it worked for a few weeks. This is not a product for anyone with more than one child. A shame and a waste of money for us. It was not repairable after less than six months of use.
Better than Expected
We haven't had it long, but so far we've been very happy with it. 1) It took about 20 minutes to assemble; you need a hammer and a Phillips screw driver for the main parts. To tighten the handle, you'll also need two wrenches which it would have been nice if they'd included. 2) Unlike the traditional metal wagon I had when I was a kid, this one is deep, stable, and comfortable to sit it. We took it to the zoo with our 4 and 1 year old kids, and the 4 year old was both happy to sit in it for long periods, as well as happy to pull it. The safety belt was great for the 1 year old, it has two comfortable seats, and the cup holder fit a large bottle of water.
But because its so big and deep, its not as easy for the 1 year old to put stuff in and pull around by himself.
We have several other toys by Little Tikes that have held up very well sitting outside for the last several years, and this one has few enough parts, (and came with several spare fastners) that I expect it will outlast our kids.
Nice
The wagon is very nice, except for the wheels. They do not work very smoothly. They are a bit difficult to turn the wagon. Good for the price I got it for though.

Nice wagon, difficult to put together and the instructions were not real easy to follow. Plenty of room for 2 small children. I like how deep it is.
My kids loved it
The wheels popped off when i was carrying it down the steps I didnt use a hammer to put the wheels on only a highheel but other then that loved it and so did my kids.

Ours doesn't "GO", either
Big Fail! My son wanted this toy so much that he always tried to put it in my cart, wherever they had it. After seeing how much fun it was at his friend's house, I decided to finally get him one. Despite having seen this at nearly every single department store, they were nearly all sold out when I went on the hunt. I am almost embarrassed by how much time I wasted driving around from store to store looking for it because the next day? It stopped working.
Part of me wonders if they'd disappeared off the shelves because Fisher-Price is redesigning the toy with a better mechanism, but I doubt it...I think it was just a super popular toy that, unfortunately, has a poor design.
Like the first reviewer, ours still makes the noise when shaken, and even makes the tire sound as if it wants to go but nothing happens. Totally sucks and I'm not even exchanging it, just returning it for a refund.
Shakes -- but doesn't go
We are on our 2nd Toy Story Woody Shake-n-Go car. After 24 hours of use, the motor mechanism that makes the car go, failed -- so you could shake it & it would make the sound like it was going, but just sat there. We returned it and got another one. This one lasted 1 month & did the same thing. We have all of the CARS shake-n-go vehicles and have never had any problems -- the quality of the Woody Shake-n-Go vehicle is awful.
